Anatomy & Physiology for Body workers

This is a friendly introduction class to Anatomy & Physiology of the human body specifically designed for massage therapists. Jess Stuckey will cover anatomy and Karin Uphoff will teach Physiology. You will enhance your palpation skills and learn to apply appropriate techniques, with more confidence from a better understanding of the body. This course will be taught in a fun yet informative way with hands-on demonstrations. Muscular and skeletal systems are covered along with fascia, lymphatic, cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine and nervous systems.

The popular Botanical Body Care series will be held at the Mendocino Coast Recreation Center every Thursday evening from March 20th through May 8th, 7-9pm.
