TRUCK WRECK DELAYS ORDERS AND BOOK DEBUT On February 5th, 2007, I received word that the driver of the first shipment of Botanical Body Care hit a patch of black ice. He lost control of his vehicle and the truck rolled onto its side and slid onto the median divider. The metal roof was ripped off and boxes and books were strewn across the snow, as seen in the picture below - all those little patches of green in the foreground are copies of BBC. Thankfully the driver was unhurt. Naturally, it came as quite a shock to me, but I've come to think of it as a blessing. All the bad things that could happen are out of the way early. Have you even seen the movie The World According to Garp, when the plane smashes into the house he's about to buy and Robin Williams cries, "I'll take it!" After all, what are the chances of that ever happening again? We plan on having the book by mid- to late March.
